How to solve the BlackBerry Z10 WhatsApp contact problem

A lot of blackberry Z10 users seem to be having issues with their whatsapp contact after installation of the app.

In the blackberry z10, the whatsAppp contacts seem to disappear every time the phone is restarted and the contacts tab would be empty or may show names with wrong profile or pictures or show numbers without names.

Here's something that might help:

After restart and you can't found your contact, try refresh the contact and favorites if that still don't work, check the app permission to see if Whatsapp has the right permission on your phone.

If none of the above tips worked for you then uninstall the Whatsapp application from your Blackberry Z10 and re-install a fresh updated copy but you must make sure the right permission on your phone and everything should work fine.
