Osun Voters Would Not Be Worth More Than N10,000And Bag Of Rice - PDP Official

The governing party was blamed for using money and

bags of rice to win the governorship election on August 9.

All Progressives Congress (APC) once again has accused the

Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of bribery and foul play.

The reason for such harsh statements was an alleged plan

developed by one of the PDP national officials who revealed

the intentions to a monarch in Ile-Ife.

The Director of Publicity and Strategy of APC in Osun State,

Mr. Kunle Oyatomi, with reference to anonymous sources,

cited the PDP chieftain, "We are in power and we have the

cash. At best, Osun voters would not be worth more than

N10,000 and a bag of rice each. That is what we gave

them in Ekiti. We will repeat it in Osun and win. We did it in

Ekiti and we are prepared to do it in Osun again."
