The Deputy Governor of Sokoto State, Alhaji Mukhtar

He advised the leadership of the opposition party to commit
its energy into something more productive, like putting its
house in order instead of wasting it antagonizing President
Jonathan-led administration.
Speaking further, Shagari, noted that those unnecessary
attacks would not help promote the unity and progress of
the country.
The deputy governor expressed optimism that APC would
be a thing of the past after 2015 general election because
the party does not have any solid programme that can
transform the wellbeing of Nigerians.
