US Envoy Urges Nigerian Politicians To Shun Violence

James Entwistle, United States of America Ambassador to

Nigeria, on Monday begged Nigerian political leaders to

turn away from any form of violence as the 2015 general

elections draws near.

According to Daily Independent, the US envoy, who made

the plea in Abuja at the opening of INEC Public Affairs

Officers' workshop, also urged Nigerians to avoid heating

up the polity.
